Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use, booking, and rental of products and equipment offered by Celebranto. By confirming a booking, the client agrees to abide by the terms listed below:

1. Booking & Confirmation

·        Booking will only be considered confirmed after advance payment or token confirmation as per Celebranto’s policy.

·        All product details, quantities, and specifications must be confirmed at least 3 days before the event.

·        Last-minute changes may not be accepted or may incur additional charges.

2. Product Usage

·        Products (e.g., decor props, furniture, machines) are for event-use only and must be used as intended.

·        Clients must not tamper, move, or misuse the items without Celebranto staff supervision.

·        Any misuse resulting in damage or loss will be the client's responsibility.

3. Delivery & Setup

·        Celebranto will ensure delivery and setup as per the scheduled time agreed at the time of booking.

·        Any delay caused by the venue or client-side will not be Celebranto's responsibility.

·        Clients must ensure clear access and setup space at the venue prior to our team's arrival.

4. Damage & Loss

·        In case of damage, theft, or loss of any product during the event (due to client or guest actions), the cost of repair or replacement will be borne by the client.

·        A security deposit may be collected in advance for certain high-value products, which will be refunded after safe return.

6. Product Condition

·        All products are delivered in clean, functional, and usable condition.

·        Clients are requested to inspect the products during setup and notify any issues immediately.

7. Power Supply & Venue Readiness

·        Clients must ensure proper electricity points for machines (e.g., chocolate fountains, lights, fans).

·        Any delay or issue due to venue power failure or limitations is not the responsibility of Celebranto.

8. Responsibility Disclaimer

·        Celebranto is not liable for:

o   Any injury or damage caused by misuse of the product by guests

o   Venue-related restrictions or conditions

o   Acts of God or force majeure situations (rain, storm, etc.) that impact service

9. Image & Promotion Rights

·        Celebranto reserves the right to capture and use photographs or videos of the product setup for promotional purposes unless the client specifically requests otherwise in writing.

10. Agreement & Enforcement

·        By confirming the booking, the client acknowledges having read and agreed to these terms.

·        Celebranto reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice.
